Every day of this luxurious retreat is different and modeled after the circadian rhythm, hard-coded into our genes. We always start with yoga and meditation. Each practice is simple, individual, and life-changing, designed to create presence and stillness to detoxify our overloaded systems. To complement these experiences, we’ve chosen the most sought-after and adventurous excursions that take our visitors to the most stunning and authentic destinations in Bali.
The first days are coined by cultural immersion and personal growth. Then, we dive deep into nature, ourselves and the spirituality of Bali. We experience true presence, freedom and our effortless selves first hand. Towards the end of the retreat we resurface, to reflect and set intentions for our paths back home, and beyond.
Luxurious and exceedingly tranquil, Gunung-an is the perfect setting to explore, relax, and transform our lives. It literally means Mountain of Peace. Calm pervades the boutique hotel and its atmosphere provides an instant detox for stress-filled minds and fatigue-heavy bodies.
Accommodation options include private room or sharing for two. Each room features an open and modern design with traditional Bali accents. It has plush, comfortable double beds, en suite bathrooms with hairdryers, and beautiful nature views.
Meanwhile, the spa is the star facility of the place, with invigorating and healing treatments that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Other amenities include a yoga shala, rooftop kombucha bar, refreshing swimming pool, healthy kitchen and restaurant, as well as the lush retreat garden.

You don’t need to be at cross roads to give yourself this chance. You don’t have to be drowning in life to give yourself time.
